Nio (NYSE: NIO) stock surged nearly 10% in morning trading and maintained a 4.3% gain by 2:28 p.m. ET after a Wall Street analyst raised his price target for the Chinese electric vehicle maker, following Nio’s announcement of a $1 billion capital raise last week.
