According to Owl Labs’ 2017 study, companies offering remote work options experience 25% less turnover, with 56% of global companies providing some form of remote work, including 40% with hybrid models and 16% fully remote setups, while 44% still require office attendance. This trend highlights the increasing importance of flexible work arrangements in employee retention strategies.
