Asset Manager Invests $200 Million in Macy’s Stock

London-based RWC Asset Management disclosed in an SEC filing that it purchased an additional 255,473 shares of Macy’s (NYSE:M) worth approximately $3.6 million, increasing its total holdings to 10.9 million shares. This acquisition now accounts for 9.5% of RWC’s reportable U.S. equity assets under management.
