Source close to Hezbollah says Israel launches 11 consecutive strikes on south Beirut

Israel conducted 11 consecutive strikes on Hezbollah’s south Beirut stronghold, in one of the most violent raids since intensifying its bombardment campaign. Loud bangs were heard in the capital, causing car alarms to go off and buildings to shake. A source close to Hezbollah reported the strikes, while AFP footage showed giant balls of flame rising from the area.
