Sony and Honda’s EV Enables Remote PS5 Gaming

Sony Honda Mobility announced its Afeela electric vehicle will feature PS Remote Play, allowing passengers to play PS5 and PS4 games via the infotainment system while parked or during long trips. Users will need a minimum 5Mbps broadband connection for gameplay, with 15Mbps recommended for optimal performance. This feature was previously showcased at CES 2024, and the Afeela 1 is set for delivery in 2026. Although Tesla had offered Steam support in its vehicles, this feature was later removed.
