SoftBank-backed TravelPerk doubles valuation to .7 billion, plans fintech push

TravelPerk, a corporate travel platform, raised $200 million in a funding round led by investors Atomico and EQT, valuing the firm at $2.7 billion. The Barcelona-based startup also acquired Swiss spend management platform Yokoy to expand its reach into financial services, with Sequoia Capital joining its cap table. The fresh funding will be used to accelerate growth, expand in the U.S. market, and invest in product, tech, and artificial intelligence.
