TravelPerk, a corporate travel platform, raised $200 million in a funding round led by investors Atomico and EQT, valuing the firm at $2.7 billion. The Barcelona-based startup also acquired Swiss spend management platform Yokoy to expand its reach into financial services, with Sequoia Capital joining its cap table.
