Residents in Toronto are expressing frustration over persistent snowbanks obstructing on-street parking more than a month after a significant snowstorm. Beaches-East York Councillor Brad Bradford reported receiving over 50 complaints regarding the issue, which has affected both residents with parking permits and local businesses. While the city claims to have effectively managed snow removal since the storm, many side streets remain unaddressed, particularly in the Beach area. Councillor Josh Matlow has criticized existing city contracts for prioritizing snow plowing over removal, creating additional challenges for residents.
