In the first episode back post-Signal scandal, “SNL” cast humorously parodies top Trump officials sharing attack plans in a Signal chat, with Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth sending messages to teenage girls about a Yemen raid and nuclear submarines. Vice President JD Vance, portrayed by Bowen Yang, joins the chat from Greenland, joking about the mysterious work. The sketch comedy show cleverly tackles the scandal with witty dialogue and satirical portrayals of key figures.
