Alberta Premier Danielle Smith is reconsidering the province’s clock change policy in light of British Columbia’s decision to adopt year-round daylight time. B.C. Premier David Eby announced that the province will spring forward for the last time, aligning with Alberta from November to March, while Saskatchewan uses central standard time year-round. Smith may put the issue to a ballot again, following a narrow referendum defeat five years ago.
