A Windsor woman has five years left in prison for shooting another mom in the head in 2020, leaving the victim with a life of disfigurement and constant pain. Talita Campbell, 33, was sentenced to six years for recklessly discharging a firearm and unlawful possession of a restricted weapon. The victim has undergone multiple surgeries, suffers from seizures and hearing loss, and experiences PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
