SINGAPORE: The first Build-to-Order (BTO) project in the new Sembawang North housing estate, called Sembawang Beacon, will launch in July with 775 units. These units, ranging from two-room Flexi to five-room, are part of a larger 5,500 BTO flats sale this month, aimed at transforming Sembawang North into a vibrant community with ample amenities and green spaces.
Sembawang Mart will feature various amenities, including a supermarket and dining options, while future developments will include parks and cycling paths. Minister for National Development Chee Hong Tat emphasized the importance of creating accessible amenities and green spaces for residents.

SEMBAWANG BEACON
In October, HDB announced that the 53ha Sembawang North site will deliver 10,000 housing units when fully developed. The design of Sembawang Beacon reflects the area’s maritime heritage with colonial-style architectural elements and aims to integrate nature into residents’ lives, enhancing community identity and quality of life.
