The Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) has filed an appeal to the High Court against a correction order issued under the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act (POFMA) regarding their statements on three women charged with organizing an unauthorized procession near the Istana. SDP argues that they did not make the alleged statements and claims that POFMA infringes on constitutional rights. The appeal follows a previous correction order and is aimed at preventing a recurrence of the corrections issued during the last General Election, which were the highest recorded.

Filipino women jailed for submitting forged university certificates to MOM for employment passes
Two Filipino women, Conol Almira Joy Torres and Torres Alyssa Riva Fernan, were jailed for using forged university certificates to obtain employment passes in Singapore.
