Ashley Anderson was hiking in Utah’s Adams Canyon with her children and dogs when she discovered a 64-year-old man who had fallen 20 feet down a waterfall. Utilizing her skills as a school nurse, she provided first aid to the man, who had a severely injured leg and a bleeding head, while other hikers assisted by moving him to safety. Rescue teams eventually airlifted him to safety; he suffered multiple injuries but is expected to recover, and Anderson humbly stated that she acted as anyone would in a similar situation.
