SBM Offshore and MISC agree ownership swap on FPSO pair

SBM Offshore has sold its stake in one FPSO vessel to MISC Berhad and acquired full ownership of another through two share purchase agreements. The Dutch firm now owns 51% of the FPSO Espirito Santo in Brazil after acquiring MISC’s equity interest in the lease and operating entities related to the vessel.
