Samsung's cute Ballie robot arrives this summer with Google Gemini in tow

Samsung announced that Ballie, a diminutive robot, will be available for sale in the US and South Korea this summer, featuring a Gemini AI model powered by Google Cloud. The robot boasts multimodal capabilities and can manage smart home devices, provide health and styling recommendations. Pricing has not been disclosed by Samsung, and despite previous delays, the company is finally set to release Ballie after its debut in 2020 and multiple iterations.
