Ryan Reynolds, Rob McElhenney buy beer brand Wrexham Lager

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, co-owners of Wrexham AFC, have purchased Wrexham Lager to expand their business portfolio. The brewery, founded in 1882, is the oldest British lager brewery still in existence. The acquisition was made in partnership with the Allyn family and will see distribution expand to the U.S. and Canada in the near future.
