Russia targeted the Ukrainian capital and other cities with drones and ballistic missiles, killing at least four and injuring a dozen, as air-raid alarms sounded and emergency crews responded. Ukraine’s Air Force reported four ballistic missiles and 39 attack drones were used, with two missiles shot down in Kyiv. President Zelensky condemned the attacks and called for global pressure to stop Russia’s relentless bombardments, as Ukraine continues its own missile and drone campaign targeting Russian facilities.
