Rosita Missoni, the matriarch of the iconic Italian fashion house known for colorful zigzag-patterned knitwear, passed away at 93. Together with her husband Ottavio, she founded the Missoni brand in 1953, which became a fashion dynasty known for its signature graphic designs. Despite enduring personal tragedies, including the loss of their eldest son Vittorio, the family maintained control of the business, with the youngest daughter Angela recently stepping down as creative director in 2021.
