Ron Saloman recognized as BC’s first — and most loyal — Superfan with a streak of football home game attendance spanning nearly seven decades

Ron Saloman, 91, celebrated attending his 400th out of 402 possible Boston College home games since 1957 during a second-quarter ceremony. A die-hard fan, Saloman’s dedication spans seven decades, with memorable moments including witnessing major college football games and overcoming obstacles, such as a knee injury during the iconic Miracle in Miami. He has travelled to 20 states to support the Eagles and is aiming to visit Nebraska to complete his goal of attending a game in every state.
