WA Premier Roger Cook is embarking on a trade mission to China to strengthen the state’s vital iron ore exports, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strong relations with China despite WA’s new role in the AUKUS defense pact. Accompanied by industry leaders, Cook will also visit Japan to promote WA’s capabilities in energy and innovation during the World Expo.
