The latest RICS survey shows a strengthening property sales market, with rising house prices in most regions and increased buyer enquiries. Respondents are optimistic about future price growth, fueled by interest rate cuts and upcoming stamp duty changes. However, renters face challenges with limited supply, leading to higher rental prices and a decline in landlord instructions, exacerbated by stamp duty increases for landlords in the recent Budget.
