Teak Construction Liquidation: Subcontractors Pursue Unpaid Retentions and Bills

A subcontractor has revealed that approximately 12 businesses, including electrical and kitchen contractors, are pursuing payments from the now-liquidated Teak Construction. Payments to these companies have been overdue for over a year. Liquidators Steve Lawrence and Chris McCullagh of PKF Corporate Recovery have taken control of five sites associated with Teak Builders and Teak Construction Group, with details withheld for security reasons.
