Former CEO of Fluttr, a dating app company, Rhonda Alexander, known for bullying staff and reducing them to tears, was invited to judge an industry diversity and inclusion awards despite allegations against her. Despite claiming to be a champion for diversity and female leaders, an employment tribunal found her guilty of “manipulative” behavior, resulting in a former employee being awarded almost £100,000 in compensation. Pimfa, an investment managers’ trade association, welcomed Alexander to the judging panel for the awards, but the panel disbanded after this year’s event.
