Despite claiming to be a champion for diversity and female leaders, an employment tribunal found her guilty of “manipulative” behavior, resulting in a former employee being awarded almost £100,000 in compensation. Pimfa, an investment managers’ trade association, welcomed Alexander to the judging panel for the awards, but the panel disbanded after this year’s event.
