After being stopped by the police on Tuesday morning, Grammy-nominated rapper GloRilla reportedly experienced a wardrobe malfunction.
The artist, also known as Gloria Hallelujah Woods, was arrested in Gwinnett County, Ga., on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of an open alcoholic beverage, according to TMZ.
During the stop, the arresting officer mentioned that the rapper’s “breast slipped out from under her clothes,” as reported by the outlet.
Police pulled GloRilla over for making an illegal U-turn at a red light around 4 a.m. The car reportedly smelled of alcohol and marijuana, and she admitted to consuming alcohol earlier in the evening.
After failing a series of sobriety tests, including eye-tracking and balancing on one leg, GloRilla declined to take a breathalyzer test and was taken into custody.
She was booked around 6 a.m. with a bond set at $1,956, and later released after posting bond.
GloRilla, who has collaborated with artists like Cardi B, Ciara, and Megan Thee Stallion, became a Grammy-nominated artist in 2023 for her track “F.N.F. (Let’s Go).” She is scheduled to perform at the Atrium Health Amphitheater in Macon, Ga., and join Megan Thee Stallion on her upcoming tour.
In March 2023, GloRilla made headlines after a tragic incident at one of her concerts resulted in three deaths. She expressed her devastation on social media and extended prayers to the affected families.
