Raintree Estate development application to add 12 more Heyscape tiny homes up for comment

Denmark’s Raintree Estate plans to expand its partnership with Heyscape by proposing the construction of 12 eco-friendly chalets and a caretaker’s residence on its agritourism farm, with public comments invited on the five development applications. This expansion would increase the total number of cabins to 15, adding to the three existing near The Dam restaurant, which serves as the management hub for the holiday accommodation business. Each chalet will feature a 17sqm floor space, an outdoor deck, and a bath, aiming to enhance the estate’s offerings while promoting sustainable tourism.
