Los Angeles Links Air Travel to Rail
Los Angeles has made significant progress in connecting LAX to the city’s rail system, offering a new transit option for travelers amid heavy traffic. The initial trains from the LAX/Metro Transit Center will connect passengers to various rail lines, crucial for the upcoming 2028 Olympics’ promise of a “no car Games.” Currently, arriving passengers must still take a shuttle bus to the station, but the future LAX People Mover will enhance connectivity, aligning LAX with other major airports that have had rail access for years.
