Rafael Nadal believes Jannik Sinner did not intentionally use a banned substance and defended the young player’s innocence. The current No. 1-ranked man also clarified that he did not receive special treatment when he was cleared of doping allegations after testing positive for trace amounts of an anabolic steroid in March.
