The New York City Chief Medical Examiner confirmed that actor Peter Greene died from an accidental gunshot wound to the left axilla, with injury to the brachial artery. Greene, known for his roles in “Pulp Fiction” and “The Mask,” was found in his Manhattan apartment in December after neighbors reported Christmas music playing continuously. His manager described him as a “terrific guy” and a talented character actor. At the time of his death, Greene was working on a documentary alongside Jason Alexander and Kathleen Turner.
