Protesters barricade entrance to Ray-Mont container yard in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve

Dozens of protesters blocked access to the Ray-Mont Logistics container yard in Montreal’s Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood, setting up barricades around 6:30 a.m. Police arrived before 7 a.m. The container yard, located near a residential area and green space, has been a source of controversy since 2017.
