Pro-Palestinian activists sue UCLA alleging civil rights violations at campus encampment

More than 30 pro-Palestinian activists have filed a civil rights lawsuit against UCLA, alleging the university violated their rights during demonstrations at the campus encampment last year. The lawsuit lists 35 plaintiffs, including students and faculty members, who claim they were deprived of their rights and suffered injuries. The lawsuit also names law enforcement agencies and individuals as defendants for using excessive force and unlawfully arresting protesters.
