Sir Keir Starmer revealed his new family kitten, Prince, has not yet met Downing Street’s famous mouse catcher Larry the cat. The Starmer family adopted Prince, a Siberian kitten, shortly after moving into No 10, providing Larry with competition as chief mouser. Larry, the chief mouser to the Cabinet Office, is joined by the Starmer family’s rescue cat Jojo and now Prince, with Sir Keir expressing concern that the tiny kitten may not fare well in a meeting with Larry.
