Clara Thomann, a pregnant Santa Barbara woman and science teacher at Dos Pueblos High School, tragically fell to her death while hiking in Greece on Dec. 23. Rescued from a gorge on the island of Crete, she suffered fatal injuries, including multiple fractures to her skull and chest, resulting in the loss of her unborn child.
