The eviction was authorized by a High Court Writ of Enforcement obtained by Worcester City Council, with the individual refusing offers of accommodation and support, and exhibiting abusive behavior towards visitors. The operation involved High Court Bailiffs and police, aiming to clear the site and resolve the situation that had been ongoing for some time.
