D.C. Police Identify Third Suspect in Capitol Hill Murder

Police in Washington, D.C., are searching for 18-year-old Naqwan Antonio Lucas, a suspect in the murder of Capitol Hill intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, who was shot on June 30 and died the next day. Two juveniles, Jailen Lucas and Kelvin Thomas Jr., have been arrested, and authorities are offering a $40,000 reward for information leading to Naqwan’s capture, as he is wanted on a first-degree murder charge.
