Police in Wisconsin Dells have identified the body of a 75-year-old man, Luis F. Di Filioppo, who was found after a boat capsized on the Wisconsin River, while a 20-year-old boater, Francesco L. Di Filippo, remains missing. The search efforts are hampered by high discharge rates at the Kilbourn Dam, leading to suspended underwater searches, although shoreline and aerial drone searches continue. Authorities urge caution as boating conditions are volatile and ask anyone with information to contact the Wisconsin Dells Police Department.
