Police-involved shooting reported on Chicago’s Near North Side – NBC Chicago

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability in Chicago responded to an officer-involved shooting near 300 W. Division St. Authorities urged anyone with information to contact them at 312-746-3609 or visit their website. Streets were blocked off with crime scene tape in the area of Wells and Division, where a significant police presence was observed.
