The 60th edition of the legendary Aotearoa Music Awards was held at Auckland’s Viaduct, featuring surprise guests, stunning performances, and heartfelt speeches.

Two major Kiwi music acts, Lorde and SIX60, were among the top award winners, with SIX60 receiving the inaugural Aotearoa Charts Icon award and the Te Taumata o te Hokona for Highest Selling Artist for a record seventh time.

SIX60’s impressive chart history includes 586 weeks on the Singles Chart and 1232 weeks on the Albums Chart, along with the most No. 1 singles in New Zealand history.
