Man accused of beheading father and posting video of his severed head to stand trial

DOYLESTOWN, Pa.

A Pennsylvania man, Justin D. Mohn, 33, is set to stand trial for the 2024 murder of his father, Michael F. Mohn, whom he allegedly shot and decapitated, later posting a video of the act online. Mohn, charged with murder and terrorism-related offenses, attempted to incite rebellion against the U.S. government and was found with plans for explosives at the time of his arrest.
