Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro condemns suspect Luigi Nicholas Mangione for the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, calling him a coward and rejecting vigilante justice. Mangione was apprehended at a McDonald’s in Altoona after a six-day manhunt, where he was recognized by employees and customers. Charged with murder in New York, Mangione was found in possession of critical writings and a ghost gun similar to the one used in the killing.
