Two parents, Mark Twigg and Joanne Bedford, have been sentenced after their three-year-old son, Daniel, was killed by their Cane Corso dog while unsupervised. Bedford received three years and six months in prison, while Twigg was sentenced to two years and eight months; both are banned from keeping dogs for 15 years following their conviction under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
