Pakistan T20 cricket league to take place in empty stadiums due to oil crisis

The Pakistan Super League will proceed as scheduled from March 26, but matches will be held without spectators due to a spike in oil prices linked to regional conflicts. The tournament will take place at two venues, Lahore and Karachi, following the cancellation of its opening ceremony. PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi announced refunds for tickets and compensation for franchise owners, citing public safety amid the ongoing crisis. Several foreign players have already withdrawn from the league.
