The Packers re-signed three exclusive rights free agents: wide receiver Bo Melton, punter Daniel Whelan, and running back Emanuel Wilson. Wilson, who played all 17 games last season, had 502 rushing yards and four touchdowns, after joining the Packers post-release from the Broncos. Melton, a former seventh-round pick, also played all 17 games, recording 16 receptions for 218 yards and a touchdown, while Whelan averaged 46.2 yards per punt over the past two seasons.
