Offers in for old council site

Councillors will review two offers for the former administration building site at their November 20 meeting, with Property Brokers agent Hamish Niles handling the sale of the 5059sqm property. The three-storey building, built in 1974, faced issues post-earthquakes and will be replaced by the new $62.1m library and civic centre, Te Whare Whakatere, partially funded by the previous sale of the former public library building.
