An elderly New York City man fell to his death after climbing out of a window to escape a home invasion over the weekend in Washington Heights. Three burglars broke into an apartment, tied up a 40-year-old man, stole valuables, and caused the man’s 73-year-old father, Jacinto Remigo, to fall from the sixth-floor window onto construction scaffolding, resulting in his death. Police are investigating the circumstances of the fall and are still searching for the suspects involved in the incident.
