North Korea has accused South Korean forces of firing over 10 warning shots at its troops engaged in border reinforcement, warning that such provocations could escalate tensions. North Korean military official Ko Jong Chol labeled the incident a “serious provocation” and threatened retaliatory measures if interference with their border sealing efforts continues.
