In a Christmas Day game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, rookie Xavier Worthy scored a seven-yard touchdown pass from Patrick Mahomes in the first quarter, giving the Chiefs an early lead. Worthy, who leads the Chiefs with nine touchdowns, was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct, while a missed point-after attempt left the Chiefs ahead 6-0, with the Steelers allowing the most first-quarter touchdowns in the NFL this season.
