Code.org has updated its curriculum for middle and high school students to include a new Python Lab, emphasizing the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into programming education. The updated Computer Science and AI Foundations curriculum aims to teach students foundational programming skills in Python while exploring machine learning and data science principles. As part of its mission to make computer science and AI core components of K-12 education, Code.org is also recruiting teachers for its Professional Learning program and promoting scholarships for those participating in a pilot program in Michigan.
