After disclosing her previous chest pain, which had been deemed non-threatening by doctors, she was labeled a ‘medical liability’ and escorted off the plane, leading to her and her boyfriend losing their £1,300 holiday. Jet2 stated that their priority is customer safety and that their procedures were followed after consulting a medical support team, deeming her ‘not fit to fly’.
