Most NDP MPs were stranded in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, due to weather-related travel issues and could not attend the return of Parliament in Ottawa. Interim leader Don Davies and three other MPs are in transit after their return flights were canceled. The NDP caucus plans to gather in Ottawa on Tuesday following a weekend of extreme cold across Canada.
