Mollie Warrington, a businesswoman from Cardiff, started her handmade mug business, Naetive Studio, while on maternity leave in 2022. She faced challenges such as “mum guilt” and pressure to balance work and family life. With the support of Business Wales, she has grown her business to have a team of 12 and produce 400 custom orders a week. Despite obstacles, Mollie continues to expand her business and overcome barriers faced by female entrepreneurs.
